I can imagine in the summer how much fun this spot would be. I am a local, but my family gals are not, so they agreed that the spot directly on the water would be enjoyable later in the season. Beds were comfy, unit very clean. Only drawback was the seating in the living room area. It's very small. I noticed that online before eI booked, but knew we weren't spending a ton of time at the unit. There were 4 of us and only 3 spots. Just FYI.
