“This property has all the things - a beach front, great view, great quiet location, and wonderful amenities. A week here would be great to relax - a full kitchen to cook, laundry, and all the fixin’s for going to the beach to help you. What a great place! We hope to visit again!”

“The Hotel is rather isolated. A car is necessary to get anywhere. The staff needs training in hospitality. ”

“This place was better then we thought. It was very spacious, beds were extra comfy and the kitchen was super stocked. Think Grandma’s house with all the essentials and pretty much anything you could think of. I would have loved if there was a little oil and salt and pepper available for cooking without having to buy it but it was so good. The pool is not huge but it was normally quiet and all ours.. the beach is super close and also quiet. Seriously playa Flamingo was crazy but Potrero. So calm……

“This rental was beautiful, with convenient access to the beach and even closer to the pool! Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. We didn’t stay long enough to use the well stocked kitchen.”

“Amazing host!”

“Good accommodations, walkable area. Ample parking.”

“The road to the place was a little bumpy and we weren't fully sure we were going to the right place, but it was a beautiful space. Not a ton of room for suitcase or storage if staying a long time (we had 4 people and didn't unpack). However, the pool was great, the place was clean and a lovely place to stay! We felt safe. ”

“We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great. The host was very fast and clear in responses.”

“The property itself is well kept, nicely staged, and shows evidence of recent remodeling. In many respects, it is a perfectly suitable short-term rental.Unfortunately, the location was a significant disappointment. As other guests have noted, the surrounding area is not particularly appealing, and in its present state I found it unsuitable for walking any distance beyond the gated community. The nearby beach and town are technically close, but the route is not realistically walkable and the……

“Perfect studio for my wife and I. Check in was easy, communication was great. For the price you couldn’t expect better.”

“Had a water Clairity issue the pool guy was working on ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The views were amazing and there’s lots to see and do. Our host shared great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. He was very responsive! Beautiful sunsets from the condo! 10/10!!!”
