“The property is very spacious and comfortable with stunning views over the bay. It has a front balcony and a side garden terrace, so all day sunshine. Very friendly family that own the property and live above, great to talk to, to gain an understanding of the locality and indeed, recent Montenegro history. Property is a five minutes walk from the sea and a lovely 40 minute walk into Kotor, along a quite lane next to the sea. Our highlights were walking to Fort Vrmac, up the Franz Joseph steps...

“It was a very nice experience to stay at Ivan and Mira's house. Beautiful garden is full of roses, banana trees, rosemary and other plants. House is very solid and have many windows and ironwork. Ivan and Mira were amazing hosts. There were no issues to check in. Ivan was available all the time to answer any questions we had. House has a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. “The arrival went very smoothly thanks to the house hostess who had the patience to wait for us because our flight was delayed. This property/house is simply marvellous! Lush green garden with olive, lemon- and lime-trees. Beautiful flowers and even a little forest with 7-8 meters tall bamboo. The 100 steps down to the Adriatic sea and its crystal clear water were a pleasure to walk down on every morning. Our teenagers and we loved swimming there with the Kotor bay mountains in the background....

“Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Budva sehr genossen. Von der Unterkunft waren wir positiv überrascht. Es ist wirklich ein schönes Haus. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles da, was wir brauchten. Auch der Pool war sauber und wurde gerne von uns genutzt. Die Lage ist gut. Man kann Supermärkte und den Strand zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Adi immer zur Stelle. Er hat alles gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Danke!!! Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter...

“Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus, was wir ja auch wussten. Da wir immer Ferienhäuser mieten sind wir etwas mit gemischten Gefühlen herangegangen. Doch wurden wir so herzlich und aufmerksam von dem Ehepaar empfangen, dass wir uns die zwei Wochen rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, eigentlich genau wir auf den Fotos.
