At the Madera Single-family house, you will enjoy a tranquil vacation rental in Stančić, situated 9 km from the center of Dugo Selo and 35 km from Zagreb, Croatia. This two-story property boasts a private, fenced 2,500 sqm property with a 1,500 sqm lawn adorned with flowers. The angular swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm) is available seasonally from June 1 to September 30 and features an internal staircase. On the ground level, you'll find a living/dining room with a double sofabed (150 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), DVD player, wood-burning stove, and air conditioning. This area opens out to a balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There's also a shower/WC on this level. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep stair, you'll find an entrance hall with air conditioning, a large room measuring 28 square meters with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony, and another room with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) that also opens out to a balcony. There's a separate WC on this floor.

Not good for my in person

The place is super nice and clean , the host is very helpful , they wait us late at night at the villa to welcome us and guide us , the villa is about 40km away from zagreb center in so calm area you don’t hear anything but the birds , the only thing i dont like is the stairs for the second flor its danger if you have kids other than that i dont have anythig else to say.
