The Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 base area is just a 3-5 minute walk (about 0.2 miles or 350 yards), so you can enjoy slow, easy mornings before stepping right onto the mountain. After skiing, store your gear in your dedicated ski locker and stroll to Main Street for shopping, dining, and après-ski. In the warmer months, simply step outside to access miles of hiking and biking trails, rent bikes just down the road, or follow the Blue River path into town. THINGS TO KNOW A dedicated ski locker sits directly across the hall, making gear storage effortless. The pool/hot tub facility is off-site behind the building and does not allow parking, though it is within walking distance. The facility is closed from May 1 until Memorial Day, then remains open until October 1. It reopens again on November 10. Breckenridge Business License: 89960001.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
