A very nice and modern building. Continental breakfast was very basic, but still complementary. Room was bigger than expected for the basic two queen beds. TV came with DIRECTV, which was great to catch any games. Room service was a little questionable. We found items that didn't belong to us on the floor and on the second day our shower curtain was missing. But we did request next day room service and they took care of the room. We had to use hotspots off our phones. The ice machine was on the first floor. We were on the fourth. The eggs weren’t edible. We were not greeted by someone until we were about to ring the bell that was almost hidden on the counter. When we got to the room it smelled as though it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous visitors, who clearly had a dog. We had to go get the additional bedding for the sleeper sofa even though we provided the information of have more than 2 people with us. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom. The A/C regardless of setting only managed to blow air and not cool the room.
