“Très bon accueil, La chambre correspondait à nos attentes, tranquillité, calme, bonne literie, le petit plus avec la baignoire.... La petite balade dans le bois avec la petite plage privée... Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le chuchotement de l,eau très agréable.. Je recommande c,est établissement si vous aimer le calme, la beauté de la nature et bravo pour la rénovation de ce moulin, bcp de charme et joli mariage de la pierre et du bois...”

“This is an excellent hotel from which to explore Chambery. The "cabine" we stayed in was very comfortable and clean, and the hotel is just steps from the central town. The staff are friendly and helpful. We spent one night during a canicule (heat wave) and were extremely comfortable in our room. We would happily stay there again if we return to Chambery. The only caveat we have is that the toilet is on the ground floor and the bedroom and bath are upstairs.”

Der Self-Check-in war unkompliziert und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Mein Zimmer war angenehm, gepflegt und ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das Restaurant – das Essen war hervorragend und das Ambiente sehr schön. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet: große Auswahl, lecker und hochwertig. “Un accès difficile aux chambres quand on a des difficultés physique. Le "monte charge" était défectueux... Incompréhensible Pas de télé sans la chambre. 65 euros pour un plateau repas qu'il faut commander 48h en avance. Pas de restaurant a proximité. Prise de chambre jusqu'à 18h00 pour avoir qq de physiquement présent. Un cadeau que j'ai fais a mes beaux parents mais déçu au global au regard du prix. Pour finir sur une note positive, l'accueil est bien, les chambres sont neuves mais……

“The location and balcony are amazing. Just sad the room doesn’t get cleaned during your stay. We also were very disappointed to find out that the toilet didn’t flush properly. The trash doesn’t get emptied, the toiletpaper not refilled and room gets really hot during the afternoon. The location is amazing with a beach on 7min steps away. The staff is kind and enough restaurants nearby. Parking is free”

“HÔTEL À ÉVITER !! Nous avions réservé trois chambres et, dès notre arrivée, une des cartes ne fonctionnait pas. Avec leur système “d’accueil autonome”, impossible d’obtenir de l’aide rapidement. Nous avons attendu plus de 45 minutes dans des couloirs remplis de mouches avant qu’une personne arrive enfin avec une carte fonctionnelle. Le personnel a été extrêmement désagréable et hautain, en particulier un certain Mohamed au téléphone, incapable de parler correctement à des clients ou de gérer……
