“Everything was fantastic from when we 1st stepped in the hotel. Was greated immediately by a froendly staff, check-in was smooth and easy 5min! Got to our room Everything was in tip top shape and had Everything we needed! Room service went abouve and beyond! My daughter brought 5 stuffed animals and ee came back and they had set them up neatly on the bed when they didnt have to! But it made my daughter's day! Breakfast was great and had something for all 3 of us ! Which alone is a task with a……

“Loved the quietness and privacy.”

“The staff was great and friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded and when we were in dining room for dinner it was a bit chilly sitting next to the windows and manager brought over a heater and put beside me. The meal was excellent.”

“Very poor and unkind reception attendants. Didn’t tell us anything about WiFi or breakfast or where anything was. We were traveling on vacation and this was our worst stay in the whole northeast !”

“Our room was spotless and spacious. Beds were comfortable - not too hard or to high. The breakfast was good. Lots to choose feom, hot and cold. Even had gf muffins which I appreciated. We enjoyed the pool which had a good temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff always smiled and said hello and the overall atmosphere if the hotel was inviting and good. The only thing I could suggest, is to have a sign on the exterior of the building to clearly indicate the entrance and……
