“Nice modern flat for the price. Don't expect luxury but has everything we needed and was very clean. Lovely location ”

“First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue. The bed was above average for comfort and very clean. Parking is a nightmare and up a very steep hill, keep this in mind. Probably the most basic stay I've ever had but not bad at all, you get what you pay for. Dealing with Marta was a delight, great……

“The area was a surprise, the countryside was beautiful, lots of interesting walks and things to do. Eating out was a highlight with so many fantastic places to eat. Best fish and chips in the uk at the Salt and Malt. The host was very hospitable and made us feel at home. We would highly recommend staying here. ”

“The property is conveniently located for Southmead Hospital, less than 10 mins walk. Generally clean. The front door lock is tricky and could do with being replaced. Kitchen is small but functional, oven and fridge could do with good clean. Cloakroom and washing machine, had a leak could not be used, handyman time keeping not great. Heating on all the time, day and night. Plant room quite noisy. Host good at responding to messages. ”

“Perfect place to stay while in the Cotswolds. Comfortably furnished and nothing is missing. The beds were very good and the shower was also very pleasant. Good hiking opportunities almost right on the doorstep. Jason also told us a lot about the wonderful horses on the farm, which was very interesting.”

“We really enjoyed our time in The Apartment.It was well equipped with everything we needed. It was an excellent base to explore Bath & Oxford. We had dinner & drinks at the White Harte during our stay - well worth a visit.The bed was very comfortable.We would highly recommend this property.”

“The host has thought of everything! It is truly a home from home (but this place has far better decor than my home!) Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. ”

“Excellent property that is close enough to the Bristol city centre where myself and a few friends had spent a long weekend. The pool was a crowd favorite, and the accommodations/bedrooms were kept in great condition and were clean. Having the hot tub for the evenings was also a welcome addition, with an area that was relatively quiet/facing away from the main road. Rob was also very communicative and the instructions to the property were clear. Overall, if I'm in the area again in the future……

“We were visiting Bristol and Bath for the weekend and this place was the perfect base for us to do so. Comms were good and access to the property was straightforward. The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). Good value for money so we would gladly return if we're back in the area. ”

“We stayed here for a family wedding in Bath. There were 13 staying in total over the weekend aged 8-72. It was a perfect house with everything we could have needed. The swimmjng pool was an added bonus and the grounds were incredible. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever going back to Bath. ”
