I didn’t care for the chicken dish.

You need to choose your seat carefully on British Air (which unfortunately is an additional fee) because many business class seats force you to climb over another passenger's feet if they are using their foot rest.

Great service: out plane was late on the first stage of the trip (Prs-Ldn). Someone was waiting for us to help us switch terminal, go to security and find our gate. With such a short time, one of pur suitcase did not make it, but we were informed right away and should have it delivered at home today or tomorrow. Way better service than the first part of the trip with American Airline.

There was a big concern checking in in London as my name has a third after it and for some reason a boarding pass could not be printed , thank goodness for the gate agent who ran us through security into the gate and explain the issue or we would have missed our flight

Seat is adjustable, but somehow very uncomfortable. Maybe too much lumbar support. Otherwise a great flight.

Kosher food showed up as ordered. I am 6 foot 4 and the stewardess helped me find a seat that accommodated me

Customer service lines at JFK were ridiculous. Space btw seats in economy is ridiculous.
