DISAPPOINTED that on changing my flight to an earlier date due to Covid-19, seeing the fare was actually less than I originally paid, but yet I was still charged a change fee of almost USD200 by Expedia and BA.
I did not get the name of this flight attendant, but he was incredibly caring and helpful towards me. I was sick with food poisoning before and during the flight. He made sure that I had everything I needed in terms of water and ginger ale, and also offered me two packets of electrolyte powder, which was incredibly helpful to my well-being at that time. He was bald with blue eyes and wore a short sleeve white collar button-up. He was not around as we were deboarding so I did not get an opportunity to thank him personally. If he can be located somehow so that my thanks can be relayed to him, I would greatly appreciate it.
Very small leg room. The food was not tasty
Flying BA is expensive than many other flights but it was the only choice before the shutdown of international flights to Saudi Arabia. Lufthansa and flights from Germany were not allowed to Saudi Arabia. The flight and airports had nothing negative. In fact the airports and flights were comfortable. Thanks
Always prefer BA
When serving hot coffee and tea, offer cup cover, the lady next to me spilled her coffee on her lap because of plane turbulence and she has a burn injury of her legs and abdominal wall ,she suffered and struggled a lot
Pleasant and comfortable flight
Overall good experience. Plane was very empty.
Breakfast sandwich was ice cold
