  • This beautiful property located just a fifteen-minute walk from Brixham Breakwater beach and just further along to the bustling harbour, take the bus, which is directly outside or stroll into the town and enjoy exploring the shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs. Brixham boasts several beaches, two of which are within a ten-minute walk of the property: Breakwater Beach, which is not only popular with families but also with scuba divers, and Shoalstone beach, a shingle beach with a delightful seawater pool which is free to access. Visit the famous life-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, The Golden Hind, moored in the harbour, which offers five decks of interesting hands-on exhibits, or explore the English Riviera and catch the ferry across the bay to the ever-popular resort of Torquay. A wonderful steam railway that runs through the Dart Valley can be explored 3 miles away, with the beautiful destinations of Kingswear and Dartmouth easily accessed. Enjoy a trip to Totnes or Dartmoor for the day

Slightly down the hall on your left is the second bedroom, a double-sized room with plenty of storage space. Completing the apartment is the light and airy open-plan lounge/dining area, with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy meals together.

    Outside to the rear of the apartment accessed through the lounge sliding door is a bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee or alfresco dining with lovely sea views in the distance. Parking is provided in the form of a private car park with one allocated parking space, also offers visitors parking space if required.
