"Okay, so this spot was gold…with a couple hiccups. First room had that ‘grandma’s basement’ carpet vibe when we walked in — nah. But shoutout to the front desk squad, they switched me to a fresh room on the same floor in, like, two minutes. Legends. First night, our toilet decided to have a mini-meltdown. Freaked for a sec, but maintenance came through fast and sorted it. Bless. Breakfast was decent — nothing mind-blowing, but solid fuel to start the day. Overall, def worth the stay if you wanna be in the thick of it without breaking the bank. Would 100% book again. 👌"

"Everything about the hotel is excellent. Service is superb, in particular the room cleaning staff is excellent and extremely considerate. Hotel is super convenient, across the road of the famous Myeongdong shopping street, and right next to a subway station and Lotte Department Store. We stayed at the Executive Tower and the room is gorgeous and super spacious. Will definitely come back. "
