The room had an air purifier so that helped a lot with the smell, so it didn't really bother me that much but it may for someone who is sensitive to scents. "

"Very close to Incheon Airport, and the shuttle bus service is easy to find. The room itself is nice, but I didn’t like the toilet design. The bathroom door is made of frosted glass, has no lock, and doesn’t fully close. You can clearly see the shadow from inside the room. This might be fine for a young couple, but since one of my daughters is a teenager, it made her feel uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy. "

"Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel. Our suite was very nice. It was conveniently located. But view from our room was a construction site. Couldn't see the N Seoul Tower. Cons: 1) The breakfast options was terrible. It was mostly carbs: waffle, noodle, fried rice, japchae, salad pasta, toast & pastries, etc. Not too many other options. 2) The water pressure from our shower was terrible. It took us forever to finish taking a shower. 3) The tiny washing & drying machine was a rip off. It took 2 hours to finish one load of laundry, and another hour to dry it. "

"I added on the breakfast but the hotel was fully booked so they redirected me from where the usual breakfast is to another location on the other side of the hotel. I ended up not using the breakfast even though I paid ahead for it. The room was stuffy, and the AC very inconsistent. The room was very spacious and overall comfortable other than the beds, which were terrible - rock hard. The pillows were also lumpy. I didn't go into the casino but the rest of the venue was amazing with so many shops and dining options and the splash zone was very nice. I attendedd a concert in Inspire Arena and it was priceless to be able to easily walk over to the Arena, enjoy the show and walk back to my room. I'd happily stay again for that reason, the great staff and nearby shopping/dining."
