"This is a Holiday Inn in the middle of Tacoma, that being said, the staff was incredible - we were in town for a volleyball tournament and my girls forgot some things in the chaos of running out of the room that morning. Housekeeping alerted the front office and they called me to let me know the items were safe and that we could come pick them up at the front desk when we were done. She even asked my girls how they did in the tournament when we picked up our forgotten items - which is above and beyond. Thank you! "
