"Very nice location, close to transportation but once you leave the hotel there are many bad things: Bucharest is in very bad condition, many abandoned buildings, central station is in advanced state of degradation, a lot of gipsies and graffiti everywhere. There Is not a single side walk without holes, if you are not paying attention, you can break your legs. Overall the city is so dirty, walls are full of graffiti, looks like a ghetto.
