The room and staff were great! The shower in particular was amazing. The hotel is really well located and we’re glad we chose it - would definitely stay again. We had some issues with inconsiderate guests throughout our stay who would knock on ours and each others doors, and bang walls all hours of the night. They were in the two rooms next to ours unfortunately which meant we didn’t get much sleep during our stay. On our last night we had enough as they were shouting and playing music at 4am but after a call down to reception they came up to tell them to stop. This was the only thing that impacted our stay.

Fabulous stay at the Emerald Hotel. Clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot find a fault with this hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff nice. Room clean and modern. Housekeeping daily. Breakfast lovely- lots of variety for everyone. Hotel offers transfers to and from places. We used for airport and was ideal as well as perfectly priced. The hotel has luggage lockers which was ideal for our last day. Hotel offers free water and coffees which was perfect as it was freezing. We had our own umbrellas but the hotel also offered. We forgot an adaptor and got this from hotel and robes as well. Hotel very central. Christmas markets round the corner. 10-15 walk or metro to everything. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks for an amazing stay. One of the best hotels I think I have ever been to.
