Great Spot

This place is great! It is bigger inside than the pics show and had everything we needed. BIG fenced-in backyard (a deer jumped the fence and took a nap in the back) and two blocks away from Cottonwood Pond right in downtown BV. Walking distance to everything, we will try to reserve this place every time we go back.

Excellent home

Some friends and I stayed here for 2 nights for a birthday celebration. It was a wonderful home and great location. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Short drive to the hot springs.The property just felt like home, inviting and cozy. Would book again.

Deer!

We only traveled down from Boulder, but it was a perfect getaway. There were deer all over the property, so it really felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle. Easy walk to town and the house was very clean and comfortable.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. Everything about the home and location met our needs and expectations. We”re already planning our next trip back! The home has a ton of character. The furniture is comfy as was all the bedding, linens and bath towels. We all had a tough time saying our goodbyes, even the dog was sad! Thx for sharing this lovely home with us.

Excellent! Clean, comfortable cottage with easy walking to Buena Vista historic downtown and kayak river park. Close drive to hot springs. Loved it!

Clean, great location

This property was just what we needed. Walking distance to downtown and grocery store. House is dated, but was very clean and beds were comfortable. Instructions from property manager were concise.

Nice, affordable stay near BV and hot springs

The home is dated, but comfortable. I stayed here with my parents (70+) and young son, and it worked very well for us. It was easy for my dad, who has reduced mobility, get around the home. Although he did trip on the front steps - they were a little tricky for him with how far the screen door swings out relative to the size of the landing. There are thermostats in every room - so you can set each space to the temp most comfortable for whoever is in it. There were games and comfortable couches. The beds were comfortable enough. And it was just over 10 minutes to Mount Princeton Hot Springs - close enough to easily make a daytime and evening trip to the hot springs. It’s also an easy 0.3 mile walk to the cute Buena Vista Main Street. There is a City Market grocery store just around the corner. It would have been nice to have a Netflix or some streaming service on the TV. The kitchen was missing measuring cups and baking sheets. But it was overall a good place to stay for a few days with family.
