This beautiful home was perfect for our family reunion that was held at the University Yacht Club. Plenty of room, nicely decorated and all of us had a great time. The owner/ property manager was very quick to respond to my questions.

Beautiful Lake Front Home

Beautiful home on Lake Lanier. Our middle son was married near by in Buford, so we rented several houses for family and friends for the weekend. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Family reunion

This house was AMAZING! It is better in real life than the pictures actually depict. The host are were available throughout for questions. We had 6 families staying here, and everyone slept comfortably. They had toys and board games for kids of all ages. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Great place to stay, hope to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Fraternity reunion weekend

The house was perfect for what we needed: space for 14 college fraternities buddies to relax and spend quality time with each other. There were beds for everyone, great living and dining space, beautiful outdoor grounds, and a well equipped kitchen. The house manager communicated well and helped answer all our questions

"Girls Trip" Reunion/Friends, Daughters & Moms

There were a total of 15 ladies that combined our Girls Trip Reunion for 2023. Our age ranged from 26-36 & 65-70. We have done this "Girls Trip" for several years...But ! This time was the best ! This beautiful Home and Location in Buford made this an awesome trip. Every picture you see is what you can expect. We felt so at home, away from home. The view from the back deck, is to die for. We couldn't stop staring out the doors or windows... We already want to start booking for our next trip... The location of the home, is in range of shopping and eating.... To end my review... I must tell you how wonderful the Property Manager was. J. Smith - was Awesome, from the beginning of me booking this home. He stayed in touch through-out our stay. He made it very easy to contact him as well. All 15 of us can't stop bragging on Everything we experienced. Thanks again, and again for your professionalism on making our stay GREAT ! We'll be back !!!!

Our 1st time on Lake Lanier and this home was ideal for all of our needs to maximize our stay. The views are amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and being able to tie up at the dock was a huge plus for convenience. Beautiful home with hardwood floors and everything we needed to accommodate our group of 15. The owners are terrific, quickly responding to all our questions. I can highly recommend this home and the folks who own it. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful summer vacation. Memories for a lifetime!

The lake and the property were beautiful! The host was excellent! The layout of the house was perfect for our group, but the house itself didn’t feel clean and had many minor repairs that hadn’t been addressed. There were many bugs in the house. Any time we had a specific issue, the host was immediately responsive and helpful.

We loved the house. It had everything we needed for a long weekend for a a group of fiends to get together. The location was perfect and convenient for those flying into atlanta and those from atlanta alike. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Space for a large group

There were nine adults, and we all had plenty of space to be alone, in a large group, or small group. It was perfect for us to attend a conference at the Lake Lanier Lodge.

Home on Lake

The property Manager was great, we had a problem with the AC and he came to fix it within 30 minutes. No blinds to the window which made it hot during the day, other than that it’s a great property.

Ladies Retreat

We had a group of 14 moms get away for a weekend. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed from an equipped kitchen to ample seating and parking. The scenery is beautiful and we would stay here again! We enjoyed an outing to nearby downtown Gainesville to walk the greenway and shop and dine.

We had such an amazing time at your property. The house was perfect and had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to comfy spaces for everyone. The only small challenge was figuring out which light switch controlled what☺️ We hope to visit again soon!

Lanier Family Reunion

Wonderful property and great location and view of Lake Lanier. We had access to two docks on the lake one to keep our boat and the other with kayak, paddle boards and swim ladder. Plenty of parking on the property and even space for our boat trailer (although the drive way is a little steep but manageable). The number of bedrooms and baths easily accommodated our family of 18. The very large main floor kitchen and huge refrigerator was perfect for preparing meals and storing leftovers (the men are all great cooks). The lower level also had a decent kitchen and fridge for extra food and drinks. J, Smith was very welcoming and responsive to our questions and needs (he checked in periodically to assure our stay was enjoyable). Overall we had a great time and even considering we may return in the future.

Perfect for our family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation home with our adult children and grandchildren. The layout suited us perfectly, the amenities were awesome and J and the property manager were very nice and quick to respond. We rented a boat from a nearby rental company for the whole time we were there, but honestly, we could have just rented it for half the time as the kids and adults had so much fun just enjoying the property!

The Perfect Reunion House

This was the perfect hosting location for the annual reunion of our friends and their ever-expanding family units. With all families having their own bedroom and bathroom, and the close proximity to Atlanta's airport, this was an ideal location. Plus, you can't beat the lakefront location. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy your time on-site, this is it!
