"My brother and I got my parents the Easter long weekend up here for their Christmas present and they just came home raving about how amazing it was. The room was well stocked, the staff were lovely, the views were beautiful (my dad described being able to see the moon rise as the sun set because they could see all the way to the horizon). The retreat features beautiful lakes where you can catch your own trout — a fun and rewarding experience. The onsite restaurant was a standout, showcasing premium trout and lamb sourced directly from the working farm, along with other high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented.
