Very Bad Hotel

Posted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: Eveything was terrrible
This was the worse hotel you can stay. They did not give you the room that you reserve. They simply say all the rooms are fully booked and they will give you a basement room

Cons: breakfast options. Bed mattress.
Good. Breakfast menu was too bad. Coffee was good. Room was good. Clean. The night we checked in, electricity was absent due to some transformer breakdown. While I understand this was not in the hands of the staff. It could have been managed in a better way.

Any hostel is cleaner than Extended Stay

Posted Aug 23, 2015
From the moment I walked through the door I regretted my decision to book at this Hotel. The staff was not professional, nor trainedin the basics of hospitality. There was someone smoking in the entrance and the staff has kept both doors and A/C Running. Extended stay is so cheap that the hotel staffs' uniform polos are transparent. That was not the worst. After waiting half an hour to check in, I go upstairs to take a shower. I walk in he floors are sticky the towels are dirty and stained, there is a heavy acrid smell Ihad to hold my breath walking down the hallway. I call the front desk to complain and am asked to wait. While waiting I find hairs in my sheets and the toilet, and shower have dirty foot print marks. One of the cleaning staff walks by and changes my sheets and give new clean towels which are stained due to their bad washers. You can see the mattress through the transparent sheets. I am traumatized. Never again. Any motel is better. Sleeping in the carand foregoing a shower in the summer humidityis better. DO NOT stay there!

Nice hotel close to Lexington (MA) Centre.

Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: The Staff kindness!
Cons: Hotel guests should care about their rooms and dispose regularly the trash! A terrible and smell invaded completely the third floor during my stay!
Location: Plenty of restaurants and places of interest nearby.
Hotel Staff was absolutely friendly! Naomi at the Reception represents a valuable asset to the hotel! Very hard worker and cheerful, always willing to help and assist Clients in a friendly way.

Hotel has a good location

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: Very good location. Rooms are clean and comfortable
Cons: See above critique.
Location: Very good location close to major highways, good restaurants and shopping. Lahey clinic close .
We were disappointed, we were delayed checking in rooms not ready. We felt their was a need for serious minor maintenance . Faucets in bathroom loose, toilet issue flushing. Rooms sparse with kitchen accessories

Most disgusting hotel ever. Had to leave.

Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: Leaving. Actually... the handyman was kind. He said he didn't blame me for leaving and I felt bad for him working there.
Cons: I didn't expect fancy. I did expect clean.
Location: Find another hotel.
Check in: Two employees snarfing down pizza. Didn't even put it down. Did lick fingers. Room at entry: Fire alarm chirping. 2 employees, 4 batteries, and 45 min later... problem solved Carbon Monoxide detector: 1 wire connected, 2 "live" and loose... not confidence inspiring Toilet: Disgusting. Not cleaned since last occupant Shower: Disgusting. Not cleaned since last occupant Roaches: Strike 6. I suppose dead is better than alive... but I bet he's got brothers Worst. hotel. ever.
