“Dirty, smelly and disappointing”

“Good location”

“Eclectic and very clean. Convenient location. Walkable area. I experienced an extremely noisy upstairs/above me occupant. Dragging furniture, dropping things, and loud footfall. More carpeting???”

“This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, updated, and styled quite comfortably. We were attending a concert across the river in Cincinnati, and had no trouble driving or Ubering into town. The check-in process started off rocky, but was able to be resolved efficiently. I didn't have a number to call, but the rental company responded quickly to emails. I would definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom well appointed. All of the kitchen gadgets, coffee, water and the comforts of home.Nice back patio and spacious yard with fire pit.All a traveler could ask for.”

“very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful”

“This was really nice for a family of 4. We would definitely stay again. The only thing was there was a tornado in the area with sirens going off the last night of our stay. A bit scary, due to no local storm shelters.”

“We visited Cincinnati for the weekend and this apartment was in a perfect location! The apartment was very clean and decorated so cute. If we’re back in town, we’d love to stay here again! The only issue we ran into was there were 4 women and the only mirror was in the bathroom so that definitely made getting ready a……

“11am check out would be great”

“Great location, cute place, had everything we needed. Would stay again!”

“When we arrived I thought I had made a mistake and booked a place that allowed smoking. It is listed as non smoking but had a smoky smell. Some areas smelled like pee. They do allow pets but I would expect that mopping with a cleaner would remedy that. There were flies in the windows so we bought some fly strips. There is a table with drop leaves and when we folded the leaves does there was food and grime in the cracks which may have contributed to the fly issue. It is listed as accommodating……

“This place was a dump. Go up the stairway to the unit. Nothing but urine nail in the hallway as well the entire apartment I did not even stay one night and that Unit I am now in the process of getting an attorney and getting my money back did not know it was a third-party involved in this so I have all the evidence I need with the recordings and everything else. I did reach out to the host until I can stay here because of my respiratory problem and this smell terrible as well as supposed to the……
