“Nice having a continental breakfast, but hotel definitely needs some improvement. The elevator situation is not good, and no ice machines work but the one on the 4th floor.”

“Went to take a shower no bath towels in room. It was 8:30 pm. Front desk said she was trying to fold them since 3pm and we would have to wait 45min for them. When we checked in around 4 she was sitting in office doing not much. Checking in was an inconvenience to her. I had to ask about breakfast times, never told us about wifi sign in. Told the morning girl Checking us out that the orange juice tasted bad and she smiled and said thanks for staying with us. Never again will I use this brand.”

“When I first got there there was no one at the front desk, I ring the bell and no one. A sign says to pick up the lobby phone. Finally someone comes and I get checked in. I go to my room and it’s dirty. My socks were stained black and I was only there one night. The sheets had various stains on them which was concerning. Also, the curtains were riddled with holes and stains somehow. I didn’t expect much but at least standard hygiene practices to be met. On top of all that the walls are paper……

Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++”

“The room was very clean. There was very little conditioner left in the shower. I let staff know and he said he would let staff know. He appreciated me telling. Breakfast food and coffee were full and staff kept the tables and chairs clean and orderly. I would stay here again.”
