“Horrible rotten smell in the elevators. Was so bad I decided to use the stairs all weekend and I was on the 4th floor. Shower ceiling has visible mildew. Room smelled of previous occupants food that they cooked in there. Mattress/box spring- has some type of large yellow stain (on the window facing side) Don't even want to imagine what that may be.”

“The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.”

“The staff incredibly friendly. Saw one the maids go out of her way to help a senior citizen. The restaurants also very friendly but seemed to be understaffed for breakfast. Otherwise nice place to stay.”

“Check in was super easy, rooms were clean. Lobby and hallways also clean. No sketchy people wandering around, no smoke smells.”

“Staff was very nice. Good location. Room was overall mostly clean, but there was a red stain on carpet by the bathroom sink that I probably would have cleaned for future guests. Bathroom smelled of urine, not sure if shower curtain needs to be washed/replaced but that was a bit off-putting as well. This is for room 408 by the way.”

“The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.”
