“This hotel was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 8pm and checked into a uncleared room. Ther Front desk staff, who was the only staff on the property cleaned a room for us only to discover the toilet didn’t work and had to clean another room . We didn’t get into until 2 hours later. The reason was there was a shortage on housekeepers. The room itself was run down with little care. We felt so bad for the young staff as other guests were turned away because of dirty rooms.”

“My wife and I were very impressed with our recent stay at this hotel. We arrived earlier than we expected. When I went to check in, I expected our room to not be ready. To my surprise, it was. The clerk at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The check-in took about two minutes. Our room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. What impressed me the most was how quiet the hotel was.
