“One of the worst stays I’ve ever had in Dubai. Please do NOT book this place. My stay at Upscale Apartment at Oval Tower Near Downtown with Balcony and Parking by Belvilla was honestly awful. I still can’t understand how this place is even being rented out. The problems started the moment I arrived. There is no proper reception, and the people who were there had absolutely no idea that I was supposed to check in. No welcome, no instructions, nothing. You’re completely on your own. The smell……

“We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I……

“Room was ok. The procedures how can you get into the property and the car it’s very complicated and puts a lots of pressure on you. You may want to rent something where the burden of those tremendous processes are not put on you”
