Overall this stay was a disappointment. I booked at this hotel because there was a pool and hot tub. Both were out of order and my niece was looking forward to a swim. Also the hotel is very dated and we were asked to join Hilton honors before we could use the wifi. The location was fine and it was quiet. My daughter found her bed to be very firm and not comfortable. Too bad I usually prefer Hampton Inn when traveling but would not recommend this one.

The women at check in were great. Very friendly and welcoming. One was being trained. We didn’t use any amenities. The grounds were ok for January.
