In the district of Llané 700 m from the centre of Cadaqués, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 150 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: well-kept terraced garden wildlife garden and trees. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Public car park at 20 m. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, pub garden 500 m, bus stop "Cadaqués estación bus" 1.1 km, railway station "Renfe Figueres" 34 km, sandy beach 150 m pebble beach 200 m, shingle beach, rocky beach 500 m, diving center 700 m. Sports harbour 500 m, golf course (18 hole) 32 km, surf school, sailing school 200 m. Super house. You can walk everywhere

What a super house within walking distance of beach and town Well equipped and great space inside and out. Cadaques is a beautiful town with great restaurants tapas bars and shops. We swam every day in October. Loved it
