"Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."

It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

It has a lakefront pool and private beach (with lounge chairs and service) with the most incredible view ever! The setting is truly a dream! The interior is ornate and luxurious. "The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so much more. The beach club is a 5 minute walk down the street and provides multiple pools, lounge areas, dining and of course access to the lake itself. Finally, the food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet to inspired Italian meals. You won't be disappointed in this hotel, and Menaggio is a great location to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. "
"Beautiful condo/apartment, right off the water near pier 2 for the ferry. Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative and made our trip easy and fantastic!"
"We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4, with 2 young children. The room was clean, beautiful and spacious. About 25-minute walk to the Bellagio town. There was car parking included in a nearby carpark. A tasty breakfast was included (however, note that breakfast was only from 8am so if you are an early riser you may have to miss this).
There was no iron or kitchen facilities in the room, but a kettle and bar fridge were available.
There were not many restaurants nearby open after 7-8pm (would recommend getting dinner in town prior to coming back to the hotel in the evening if possible).
Overall it was a convenient and wonderful stay. "

"Maria’s property was luxurious with a million dollar view. Waking up each morning to see the lake and mountains was just amazing. The house was comfortable and had all you needed. It is situated about a 15 minute walk to downtown Tremezzo where you can catch a ferry anywhere. Or you can walk around right there and visit the local beach (highly recommend) and botanical garden (also highly recommend). The pool was wonderful for our family to have especially because we came during a heat wave. We loved sitting under the covered porch and creating new memories and sharing in older ones. Thank you for hosting us!!! We hope to come back soon. "

"Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The staff was very friendly, our room was great and had a really chic old money vibe. The view from the balcony was GORGEOUS!!! There was also a pool which was great for relaxing and taking a slow day. A note for those staying, the walk up to the hotel is a pretty brutal uphill climb, so keep that in mind. Even though we broke a sweat everytime we had to get back to our hotel, we would definitely stay here again :) Plus breakfast was included and really lovely to wake up and have delicious food and friendly service! Highly recommend :)"
"This was a lucky and incredible find!! Summer in Lake Como is very busy and I was lucky to find this beautiful hotel. The location, Tremezzo is perfect. You are walking distance to bars and restaurants and importantly a stones throw from a bus stop and ferry stop. The owners and staff are kind and very welcoming. The breakfast and food was very generous and lovely. My room was wonderful! On the water with spectacular views. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom was perfect!!
As I said, this hotel was a beautifully incredible find and it would be a pleasure to recommend it. I rarely write reviews, however, I could not fault anything. I look forward to a return stay."
"We stayed at Hotel Bazzoni in Tremezzo and had the most fantastic stay. The location was perfect with Lake Views and directly across from the Ferry port. Our room was modern and fairly spacious. We relaxed at the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The bar was the best part. The staff were lovely and in particular Victoria who made the most outstanding cocktails. We had a cocktail in the grand hotel and returned to our bar as Victoria’s cocktails were far superior ⭐️ "

"This apartment is the perfect spot for a trip to Bellagio. With super close proximity to the beautiful lake & a few delicious food options. It is also a short drive or about 15 minute walk into the heart of Bellagio. The apartment is super clean & well maintained and Roberta is an excellent host. She went out of her way to suggest things for our family to do and places to eat. Her recommendation for dinner was spot on as well! We look forward to coming back soon! "

"Stayed for two nights. Very lovely setting, clean and well stoked with amenities. Bonus access to hotel facilities which we didn’t have time to use but lovely to walk around the front garden. Paid for the breakfast at the hotel which was worth it in my view! We had the medium room and my teenage daughter was very happy with her massive sofa bed in the living room! Close to shops and restaurants and a pharmacy down the road.
True about not providing a bottle of water upon arrival which was a bit disappointing and bit of hike dragging the suitcases on foot up the hill from previous reviews, but it is hilly everywhere in Bellagio so unless you have a car just need to get used to climbing steep hills. Would definitely come back if we are staying in Bellagio again as a a family. Or maybe staying at the main hotel if just the two of us. Love the apartment overall perfect for long stay family holidays in Lake Como."
"We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. The hotel breakfast was worth the €10 pp as there was fresh fruit options, snacks and biscuits, pastry, toast and meats and cheese as well as juices and coffee.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the floor could have done with a sweep and mop through our stay.
The staff were friendly and mostly helpful, at times it felt as if there wasa bit of an awkwardness, we wanted to order food from the restaurant to our room and despite being told this was an option when we first arrived, it was difficult to get this service when we needed it, hence us knowing abiut the local pizza takeaway (Jolly Pizza, highly recommeded!)
Overall a great hotel with a location thats slightly quieter than the hustle and bustle of the middle of the lake. Its along the Lago di Como greenway walk which was fantastic and has some great restaurants and bars all walkable distances along a flat path.
Would have no hesitation staying here again or reccommeneding to others!"
