“I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀”

“Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was immaculately clean with very new fixtures and fittings. Food was simply amazing both for evening meal and breakfast. Plenty of parking. Ideal location for peace and quiet. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again the next time I am working in the area.”

“Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out.”
