“The room was clean, well appointed, spacious, comfortably warm and quiet. I was very happy with it. My evening dinner included vegetable soup and steak pie, both of which were tasty and nicely hot when served. “Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”
