For the price and location and staff Midtown Hostel was a great stay.
This hostel (it is basically a hotel) is ideally located just a three minute walk from Tahir Square (Central Cairo). The manager did not try to sell me or my wife a single thing during our entire stay (unusual for Egypt). In fact he just kept offering us free things (food tea etc). I would highly ...
Friendly staff and the neighborhood is active, nice terrace and breakfast.
Huge & amazing breakfast, the people working there are extremely helpful.
Great spot for the price. Appreciate the airpot pickup
Bad place in Cairo nothing nice in it too I will back to this place again in my life.
The staff, service, location ,and cleanliness were very good. The TV did not work and there was no telephone in the room.
Acceptable room in a very good location for a fair rate it was clean and breakfast was ok .
Staff was nice but building was really old, it looked like a jail or like in horror movies. Really old. Plus they were located on 4th floor and elevator doesn't work on the floor of 4th. Shower room smelled so bad and not hot water even. Decided not to shower or use the restroom
Extremely worn out building. Paint etc peeling from walls. Wood floors were very worn. Would not stay there again. On the bright side the staff was extremely helpful in meeting me at the Giza train station and transporting me to the hotel.
THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL DID NOT RESPECT YOUR RESERVATION. HE DID NOT ALLOW M,E TO HAVE A ROOM UNLESS I PAY IN CASH ANEW. I CANCELED MY RESERVATION AS THE HOTEL LOOKS SHABBY AND THE RECEPTIONIST IS DISRESPECTFUL. I ASKED YOU TO REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID. UNFORTUNATELY YOUR RESPONSE IS NEGATIVE.
Grate hotel good pool jest don’t eat at the restaurant thy over charge 10oz stake be prepared to pay about 100 usd
Cairo Marriott Hotel & Omar Khayyam Casino$95
Amazing view to the pyramids. The staff tried really hard to make you feel welcome and enjoy the restaurants and lounge. The food was very good, and not overly priced. The only con is that check in is a little chaotic, as it gets really busy, but overall great quality for the price.
