“It was a lovely riverside location with the cathedral 5 minutes away. A footpath by the side of the pub opposite got you into the heart of the city in 6 or 7 minutes. Apartment is small but perfect for two. A city map would be useful as there is no tourist office in Norwich and we got a bit lost firsts day.”

Excellent communication with quick responses both before and during stay ensuring we were kept updated on all relevant information. I would certainly recommend Luis without hesitation. The property was exactly as described and located in a good quiet area of the city centre whilst having quick and easy access to local resources in regards entertainment, shops, restaurants etc. Very happy our choice of both……

“Great location, handy for getting around Norwich and the grater Norfolk area, only downside was the parking, no fault of the properties but it can get expensive paying £10-£20 per day for parking. House was clean, beds were comfy. Maybe more tea towels & toilet roll could be provided but theres nothing stopping people bringing their own if needed”

“Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. “The accommodation was lovely, clean and spacious. It was the perfect location and the access to the hot tub was a brilliant addition.”

“We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay.”

Never met the host (evidently a company with several properties); exchanged emails with a manager, who responded promptly. “Great little, old quirky cottage in a pleasant village! Nice and warm, cosy cottage and a well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc to hand. All facilities including dish washer and washing machine if you need it. Host was responsive and helpful too. On the whole it was very clean, a few things need fixing like tiles outside the back door but it didn’t take away the charm of the place. We visited the pub and the locals were so friendly!
