“Last day of stay. Elevator stopped working. We were on the 3rd floor and being seniors, We had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. They did not offer to help us. What if we had fallen. All they said, we're sorry they had called maintenance. Didn't ask if we needed help.”
