“This property has little presence and while it claims to be 4-star, is at best a 3-star. Our room was tired and while a Jr. Suite the furniture in the Living Area was ancient and of poor quality. The day-time staff people are great. Some of the issues revolve around poor WiFi, an HVAC control system only in German, a locked safe, and poor pillows. Breakfast is ok, though we bought our coffee elsewhere as the machine did not produce coffee to our groups liking.”

“I had a good stay at this hotel, which has an excellent location close to Born, all the shops, art galleries, and is very easy to walk all around Palma from. The lobby area is very small and the entrance way to the lifts is rather small and cramped, so can get crowded with people coming down the stairs or out of the lifts/people waiting for the lifts. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them”
