“Had a wonderful stay! The room was beautifully designed with great taste — exactly the style I love. The front desk staff were also very polite and welcoming. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended! ”

“Unfortunately, this hotel was missing many of the fine details you would expect from a five star property. On our first night, we were woken at 11:30pm by room service delivering an order we had not placed, as they had mixed up the room numbers. When we raised this with the front desk the following morning, very little action was taken beyond a brief apology. The rooms also lacked the level of comfort and quiet you would expect at this price point. The doors felt thin and offered very little……
