“Vielen Dank Hellenah für den herzlichen Empfang und die Tipps zum Abendessen und zu den möglichen Aktivitäten. Leider mussten wir auf Grund ein privaten Notfalls eher abreisen. Wir haben jetzt mitbekommen, dass uns das Geld erstattet wurde. So viel Herz und Mitgefühl❤️ danke- wir kommen wieder und führen unsere Reise fort.”

“The breakfast buffet was varied and beyond the usual 4 item continental type. Eggs and bacon in a warming dish, cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit. There were toastable ham and cheese sandwiches and hot and room temperature pastries and cakes. And of course a coffee bar with a gifted barista. ”

“Smack bang in the middle of the old town, situated just in the pedestrianised area. Given the location, there is no parking, but we had no problems finding free parking within a 3 minute walk. (I'd recommend a car so that you can visit outlying towns / villages/ mountains.) The hotel does a good continental breakfast between 7 and 10. L'Aquila has plenty of options for bars, restaurants etc.”

“The room was great. Welcoming staff. There were 2 baskets of baked goods and a small fridge full of dairy products for breakfast. The room was clean in a great location ”

“One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed - hotel is an old palace and the whole place is so unique. Only thing was it was a bit challenging to find the ‘front desk’ to check in (not the typical counter you expect to see at a hotel) so took us a little bit to check in etc but was such a lovely place to stay”
