Clean and fresh room, excellent bedding and pillows. Nice and recently renovated bathroom with large shower; only downside is the wall hairdryer. Quite rooms with marvellous view. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Easy parking at the hotel premises or close by. Fast and strong Wi-Fi signal. Close ...
Convenient for access to Gran Sasso / Campo Imperatore
Nice spot for people why like to hike. Quite reroute. Near by village is 10 min by car. Only a few spots to eat. On breakfast only yogurt and cakes with coffee. Coffee is excellent, but it is Italy it suppose to be that way.
Good accomodation option to visit santo Stephano Di sessiano and the National Park. Room was recently refurbished and clean, comfy bed and good modern bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing with very very small amounts of food laid out. Staff were not around to ask for more cheese/ham/coffee
exactly what we expected, extremely helpful colleagues. nothing was too much trouble.
Put aside an afternoon and check out Campo Imperatore Observatory.
To see it for yourself, you'll need to travel 65 miles away from the national capital, Rome, and into a destination known as L'Aquila.
Don't spend your time traveling across town if you can stay at one of the 2 hotels that are 6 miles from Campo Imperatore Observatory. The Hotel Nido Dell'Aquila and Hotel Cristallo are a few good choices.
