"An absolutely amazing experience to stay in a Castle is beautiful surrounds. The restoration of the 11th century castle is incredible. Step stone walkway leads up to the entrance. Francesco was a wonderful host and we had a few laughs with translation oh for technology, son Matteo was very warm and knowledgeable as we explored all the rooms of the castle. Thank you Francesco and family for sharing your wonderful castle we would love to return one day. Enjoyed meeting Heidi the mountain goat very cool! June & Owen NZ"

"This villa was perfect for our family vacation to Abruzzo, beautifully located in the countryside with lovely rolling views of olive groves, vineyards and mountains. Very well equipped with a fabulous layout with multiple living spaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Loved our local contact person and welcome package. Having a vehicle was key to our outings to the beach, hiking and visiting destinations in the area."

"Casa Toti is the perfect place for a family vacation. Located away from the crowded tourist attractions, it is the perfect spot to experience the beauty, tranquility and friendly people of Abruzzi. It is also a beautiful place to just stay put and relax by the pool. Accommodations were spacious, comfortable and clean. Everywhere you turned was another breathtaking view. We were a large group with ages ranging from 3 to 83 years of age. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and amenities. There were absolutely no complaints during our entire 5-week stay. The property is well maintained by Luigi and Gabriella. We looked forward to friendly conversations with Luigi each day in Italian and English with the help of google. Plenty of helpful local information was provided in a Welcome Book by Jane who was always available and responsive to our questions and need for assistance. The surrounding Abruzzo area is beautiful, with mountains ,beaches and the villages of Penne, Elice, Castiliente and Citta Sant Angelo close by. The restaurant at the bottom of the hill is a big plus and the food is excellent. We totally enjoyed the Abruzzi experience and highly recommend Casa Toti without hesitation. You do need to rent or hire a car at this location."
