“As above mentioned, everyone from the front desk and the rest of the staff were excellent, personable, helpful and professional. The only issue was that the fridge in our room froze everything over night. There was no adjustment that we could adjust, it required that the mini fridge be pull out and adjusted and we did not want to do that.

“Amazing property with exceptional customer service!! Jacob and Elle at The Boathouse- wow so kind and helpful!! Saphira (sp? Apologies) at the lodge for drinks and appetizers. Everything about our stay was incredible. We woke up and had coffee at Mildred Lake and it was gorgeous. We water-biked, rented e-bikes two days in a row into Jasper (and beyond) and overall just loved how accessible everything was.Would return in a heartbeat. ”
