Superb, modern, and well-designed 2-bedroom house (56m²) with a large, south-facing terrace of approximately 40m². Ideal for 6 people, with parking, located on the second row from the beach. Full of charm!  
  
Ground floor: Large living room (double sofa bed), large, well-equipped open-plan kitchen.  
  
First floor: Bedroom (queen bed), shower room, bedroom (two single bunk beds + one pull-out bed).  
  
Amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fans, patio furniture, awning, one parking space.  
  
Comfortable house, ideally located in a quiet area on the edge of Canet-en-Roussillon beach, close to the beach and shops.  
  
\-Optional cleaning service available for an additional fee  
\-Linens not provided, available for rent upon request
