One tip that’ll save you a headache: book your air transportation at the front desk (taxi/shuttle options). They helped us line it up quickly and it made getting around way smoother. "Great location near to the airport. Called then and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. Shuttle back also after my stay. 5 min walk to tram, easy access to city centre. Rooms are basic, but very clean. Proper spoons and mugs would make a difference rather than paper cups and stirrers! Staff very helpful and professional "
