“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Die Lage mitten im Wald ist ruhig und schön, perfekt für eine entspannte Auszeit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, und das Personal war freundlich.
Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und es war sehr hundefreundlich. Praktisch war der Snackautomat, an dem man jederzeit Snacks und Getränke bekommen konnte. Der Biergarten hat uns auch gut gefallen: Man kann dort gut essen und abends gemütlich drinnen oder draußen sitzen.

“Für meine Zwecke war die Unterkunft optimal. Ich konnte bereits bei meiner Ankunft früher ins Zimmer und am Abreisetag durfte ich mein Gepäck noch 2 Stunden länger im Zimmer lassen. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber ausreichend und sauber.

“Lovely hotel high up on the mountain side with an amazing view of the valley and Luxembourg on the other side of the river. The breakfast buffet was hardy and delicious, and the dinner one of the best I had in Europe! The natural setting was breathtaking. The infinity pool on the bottom floor has a great view of the valley, as well. The town had some fun places to explore, and it is just a short drive to Echternach on the Luxembourg side, which has a courthouse originally built by Charlemagne.……

“🍇We really enjoyed our stay at Johannishof. The hotel is spread across three buildings: the main building with the restaurant, Building 26 with rooms and the sauna, and another building across the street. The private sauna was a highlight —€30 for 1–2 people, and free by prior arrangement between 12:00–19:00, which was wonderful. Free parking. Just a few minutes to Trier and about 25 minutes to Luxenbourg.
