"The hot tub at the property we stayed on was out of service for our time there. An outdoor hot tub is one of the main criteria for my hotel choices, so when we learned it wasn’t working, we considered cancelling and picking a new hotel- until we saw the hot tub closure policy that states no refunds, no discounts. However, when we got a call from the front desk asking how our check in went, they did offer us access to their other property just a quick walk away which was very nice Aside from that, it’s a lovely stay, the check in process was so simple, the front desk communication was great, and it’ll be in my top picks for future trips to the area for sure. "First thing we noticed was how clean the unit smelled. Next thing we noticed was how beautiful it was. Staff were hospitable and friendly and the amenities were fantastic, indoor parking, outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, etc. In suite wifi was fast and reliable."
