The dining area, bathed in natural light, opens onto your private garden with a covered seating area beneath a large parasol \- The first bedroom, no air-conditioned, features a queen-size bed and a wall-mounted TV. It has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet \- The second bedroom, with with AC, identical to the first, also offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet GETTING TO THE PROPERTY The property is an 8-minute drive from the train station. 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport. Traveling by car? A private garage is available within the building. Need a transfer? We can arrange it for you through our concierge service. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment’s location allows you to easily reach on foot: \- The sandy Midi beaches (5 min) \- The magnificent Noailles Media Library, housed in the 19th-century Villa Rothschild (7 min) \- The old town and its charming Suquet district, where you’ll find excellent restaurants and the Notre-Dame d'Espérance church, offering stunning views over the Bay of Cannes (13 min) \- Local amenities such as a pharmacy, supermarket, and bike rental (5-10 min) Additionally, within a short drive or a slightly longer walk, you can: \- Reach the Cannes city center \- Walk the steps of the famous Palais des Congrès \- Stroll along La Croisette, lined with luxury boutiques, grand hotels, and pristine sandy beaches OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Private parking in a garage within the residence. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
