Dissatisfaction
There was absolutely no maid service had to deal with it own trash. No breakfast which they said we would have. Electricity was not good. Couldn't plug more than 1 thing in at a time. And the stairs were covered in ice and snow. Someone fell down stairs and they didn't care said they couldn't do anything about the snow and ice. Had to go get our own towels. There was no iron. The toilet rocks when you sat on it.

For an economy motel, they have a surprising range of amenities. From a large fridge and microwave to a balcony, pool, and bbq grills and picnics tables, they rival higher star class hotels. The driveway entering the motel is a bit confusing and has several large potholes. Be alert for those.

Room stunk, sheets were dirty. Paid $150 for one night asked for a non smoking room. When we opened the door room wreaked of smoke. Water stain o the ceiling. Room was horrible

Save your money and stay somewhere else. We didn't even stay there, because when we tried to check-in, she said that the room I reserved was taken. There was literally no one there. The place itself was behind a restaurant that is shut down and in the back where it was "shady" looking. The place smelled odd, and the breakfast area was a joke. There were little animal statues outside in the grass that just looked horrifying. Do not stay here, we are so glad that we didn't.

The outside of the property is dirty, old, and falling apart. It looks like the start of a horror movie. the staff aka the women who LIVES in the office was rude. we accidentally booked a smoking room. My husband called 3 times to make sure it was switched to nonsmoking. When I got there she still had it in the computer as smoking. Interior of the rooms was fine but felt like i needed to update my shots to go up the stairs to get to it. So gross

This is a horrible hotel. Not worth what I paid. Should have cost $30.00 dollars night, not $112.00. Do not stay here!!! When i looked at the photos on the website, they had to be from 10 or more years ago. The place is in need of serious upkeep. In the bathroom above the shower, there was black mold on the ceiling. There was one electrical oulet that clearly had been overheated and was burnt around the plug-in. There was a couple of orher electrical outlets that the covers were missing and wires were exposed. When i pickup up the TV snd cable box buttons to turn the TV on, all of the batteries were missing and there were no backs to either set of buttons. Highly recommend
Forced off the highway by car trouble, this manager was understanding and gave us a really clean and pleasant room at an extremely reasonable rate. Very kind staff and a really nice place to stay!

Overpriced and not kept up
The pool closed and coveted in july. Many areas to play but nothing set up and most broken. Lawn long and although pretty to look at full of holes and ruts so not good for kids to run on! Breakfast was old cereal almost gone and outdated yogurt so not good at all. There was a waffle maker so that may have been ok.

just use caution....
I mean its ok. Would i stay here again? Maybe if NOTHING is available. The view and the quietness made it worth it. As well as the lovation to everything. The room needs an update BAD! Hole in walls, the door looked like it had been kicked in, beds are hard, drainage sucked in sink and tub, bathroom vent had a hole in it. Rooms need more attention.

The staff was really helpful in finding dog friendly dining. Ground floor had a little patio that went straight onto the lawn. was useful for walking your dog. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but in need of updating. Our room had a hole in the carpet and the bathroom fan was extremely noisy. There was no way to turn it off since the light was on the same switch.

Inexpensive and functional, but not not quite the Ritz. The property could use some TLC in many areas. The people were friendly. The noise from I-40 is pretty bad, so take earplugs. Not terrible for a quick overnight stay.

Reservations made ahead online. Upon arrival the room had been given away. A less quality room was substituted at same cost. Then was told I needed to pay additional charges for pet deposit that was not mentioned in the reservation made online as well. Food all over the room and dirty in a covid 19 timeframe

Did a last minute reservation on Orbitz on the road since the interstate closed due to an accident during a snowstorm. Booked a non-smoking king bed room. The room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and had two full sized beds. The toilet seat was sitting on the floor next to the toilet and there was a big hole in the wall. Fortunately, got notification that the interstate had opened back up so we go out of there. Would rather sleep in my car.

America's Best is the Best!
Completely, 100% satisfied with everything... especially service! This was a business trip, as we came to town to perform a music show. After the show, a family member became ill and had to go to hospital. So an overnight stay developed into multiple days. I must say that Candy was phenominal and went above & beyond in making sure we had anything we needed! ...Thank you Candy! Thank you America's Best!...We definitely plan to stay here upon our return and strongly encourage others to stay here also!!!

Black mold on bathroom ceiling. Torn carpet. Worn out furniture. Burn holes in sheets. Sorry pillows. Had to ask for ice bucket. No vending machines. Old brown bananas in checking room. No admittance to check in room or fresh coffee at 8 am. Litter everywhere. No trash receptacles outside. One ply bath tissue. Sorry coffee pods in room in addition to terrible water. Will never stay here again.
