Seafront one-bedroom apartment for up to five guests, located on the 1st floor with lift. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an open plan kitchenette, a bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a full bathroom with shower (curtains). It features a spacious balcony, from where you can spot the sea. It comes with one uncovered parking spot and one reserved beach place. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).

*Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season)
*Late check-in: 19:00-22:00>30eur fee (no check-in after 22:00)
*Check-out: until 10:00

Built in the 1960s, it offers modern facilities, water sports, and easy access to nearby towns like Caorle and Venice. Ideal for a peaceful beach holiday. Tolle Zeit an einem tollen Ort - zentrale Lage

Sehr gute zentrale Strandlage. Privater Strandplatz in abgegrenzter Zone, nur wenige Schritte vom Wasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es bis in die späte Nacht mit Stimmen und fröhlichem Gesang zu rechnen. Wer mit offenen Fenstern schläft, kann dadurch überrascht werden, mit Klimaanlage ist es ganz ok. Gerne komme ich wie wieder.
