There is a large back patio with a private pool, Gas- Blackstone Griddle, and lots of comfortable seating with a 72 inch ceiling fan to enjoy the year-round sunny weather. The Jacuzzi soaking tub in the master and flatscreen TV are great for relaxing after a long day.

The home is located on a canal a short distance from the city center. You are only three miles from the main street where you can find tons of restaurants and shopping. The home is also very close to the Caloosahatchee River and has a private dock within the canals.

The pool can be heated upon request from October through May! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $32 plus tax per day (minimum 3 days required) must be paid prior to check-in.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
