Nice house

The house had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor part with pool and spa was enjoyable and a lot of time was spent there. We could see us revisit the place!

Lovely vacation

We had a great time at Villa Summerland. We enjoyed the lovely atmosphere of the well-appointed house and the well-kept pool. The owners and the manager were professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to be back.

Great property!

We have been there for the second time as a family with two kids (now 10 and 7). It is just a great place to be: Lovely location and well equipped. Everything is as advertised - besides: The owner is hospitable, kind and courteous as one could be. Thank you so much for an awesome holiday time! Hope we can come back soon!

A perfect holiday

This was the perfect house for our family of five: Spacious, well equipped and maintained, in a quite area, and with a fabulous and tranquil view. The outdoor facilities were excellent, and the few hours weather forced us to spend inside were also pleasant. The three weeks we spent during Christmas and into the new year was really value for money. We can recommend Villa Summerland with all our hearts to any potential travelers!

Stunningly Beautiful!!!

This vacation home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The owners responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of. Wonderful views of the canal and great location in Cape Coral. Overall a great stay for our family to relax and enjoy this beautiful area. Would stay here again!

Back again!

This is our second time staying at this property. We will definitely be back for many more. This home is perfect in every way. From the views from the pool and hot tub to the location of the house to shopping and anything else you may want to do. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Cape Coral Favorite

Everything was as expected and more. We now have a new favorite home in Cape Coral. House is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Bathroom by the pool was very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants. Boat lift and access to gulf. We will be back again! Thank you for providing such a great home!

Incredible Home

We've rented from Home Away for many years, and we have never been more pleased with our accommodations as we were with Villa Summerland. We arrived to find a first-class home, beautifully appointed, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location on the canal added to the feeling of openness; we enjoyed watching the boats go by as we relaxed by the pool. Surrounded by palm trees, we never got tired of the view. We enjoyed it so much, we have already reserved for two weeks next year. A big 'thank you' to the owners for allowing us to share their amazing home. We can't wait to return! The Fosco's

Great house

The house was spacious for two, clean and in good condition, and there were plenty of towels, kitchenware, and all of the appliances worked. The grill was clean, and someone came to clean the pool the day after we arrived. Our only complaint is that we were provided with two extra rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, and we were there for 10 days. There was also no dish soap or laundry detergent. We have rented houses previously and these items are normally provided, so this was more of a surprise and an inconvenience than anything else. When we asked the property manager about the limited and lack of supplies, he told us to deal with it ourselves.

The best

We have stayed in quite a few VRBO properties, and this is probably the best. High end decor, great location and view, quiet neighborhood and close to grocery and Walmart. The beds were comfortable and every appliance you could need is near at hand. We did learn a couple of things to pass on from this rental. Be sure to rent through VRBO and not directly from the owners. Since the owners are out of the USA, you will incur an increase cost due to currency exchange if you rent direct from the owners. Even with the increase it was within our budget and was a beautiful property. Also, be aware of the electricity upcharge. The $25.00 that is allowed, is not enough to cover (large) pool and spa heat. We did not use the pool. The outside temp was between 61 and 82, while the water temp was between 59 and 70 degrees unheated. We heated the hot tub briefly two evenings and that added about $7.00 to the bill. If you are renting in summer the solar will probably heat the pool. The pool is large The staff was great and we would consider renting again.

Peaceful Getaway

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need. Pool area was beautiful with views of the canal. The spa was great for evening relaxation. We had a small issue with the spa but Robert quickly addressed the problem. The home felt very quiet and peaceful. Check in process was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Top Haus in top Lage - Danke

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und war echt super. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Hausverwaltung stand uns bei Fragen und einem Stromausfall prompt zur Seite und hat sich direkt darum gekümmert. Wir verstehen sehr gut, dass das Haus viele "Wiederholungstäter" hat. Danke für eine tolle Zeit in Cape Coral.

AMAZING VACATION!!

This house was exactly as described. It was clean and had your start up necessities, like paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap. The view from the pool looking into the canal was gorgeous!! Loved sitting in the living room and looking out into the canal, but did wish that the curtains went all the way across the sliding glass. I always felt like someone was watching us at night time.🤣. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to make a great meal. All your beach accessories are there also. You literally need to be nothing with you. There’s even 1 fishing pole in case you wanted to fish in the canal. Loved, loved the beach decor of the house. It totally had that Florida beach vibe. You are about 1 mile from Walmart/Publix and so many different restaurants. Short drive to the beaches was a plus. I highly recommend this rental, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks so much for a fantastic vacation!

Cape Coral Paradise

Our stay at Villa Summerland in one word Amazing! The home was exactly as described, clean, and had exactly everything we needed during our stay. The pool was a fantastic end to our day to relax and during the days for some fun! The location was literally in the middle of everything or a short distance to stores, restaurants, beaches, and more. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!
