The host was easy to communicate with and fixed a few minor issues immediately. Some furniture (couch, kitchen tables, big screen tv) updates have been made so it is even better than the images show. We arrived to a very clean, already air conditioned 3 bedroom apartment. We(I) had some initial issues with the lock feature to the upstairs apartment, but Andy (the owner) was very helpful in setting us straight. The location was perfect, only a block and a half from the beach, and was centrally located to make for an easy walk to almost any of the Cape May restaurants and nightlife. The location is perfect with everything walkable. Plus, the view of the ocean from the private back deck is perfect. It was adequate for what we needed and had everything we could expect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. The sofa/bed was not comfortable for watching TV. We liked the location. The property owner/manager was very helpful and gave us all the information prior to arriving. It was a positive experience. ##### marion b. Such easy access at checkin and Andy is a great host. It’s a 3rd floor unit, as noted, so be prepared for move in and out. Shower is a little tight if you have bigger people, but the unit is clean, gives everyone their own space, and has an ocean view from your back deck. Great location, easy walking distance to everything. In the pics there was a small table in one of the bedrooms that was not actually there. We had some people trying to virtually work for a few hours and not having the table caused some space issues. However, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay. ##### Clarissa D.
