Experience the beauty of Big Bay, Bloubergstrand from 35 Island View,
an upmarket 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located just a short walk
from the beachfront.

35 Island View includes everything guests could require for an
incredible self-catering stay while discovering Cape Town from the
suburb of Blouberg. The living areas are warm and inviting, consisting
of a comfy lounge and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen complete
with a dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. The lounge
features a flat-screen TV, DSTV, WiFi and opens onto a furnished
balcony with a built-in braai area and seating for 6. The stairs lead
up to the third floor to a welcoming entertainment lounge that leads
out onto the balcony and boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic
Ocean.

Two of the three bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the third bedroom
has a double bed. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, while
the other two have access to a guest bathroom equipped with a shower
and bath and a guest toilet.

Bloubergstrand is great for family vacations but is also packed with
activities for groups of friends, boasting a vibrant nightlife scene
close to the beachfront. Eerstesteen - just down the road towards
Melkbosstrand - offers visitors the option to have a braai & picnic
meters away from the beach. It is a must-try for anyone visiting the
area! Bloubergstrand and Big Bay beach are both regularly enjoyed by
surfers and kitesurfers, known for having ideal wind and wave
conditions for water sports. With Table Bay Mall located a short drive
away, there will be enough entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
