Wooden floors, high ceilings and a great front patio make this the perfect base to explore Cape Towns finest restaurants and sights. The space: Bright and spacious 2 bedroom semi-detached victorian style house with wooden floors, high ceilings and stylish interior. The main double bedroom has doors opening onto a small courtyard, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is one large bathroom with a newly renovated walk-in shower. There is a large open dining and lounge area with doors opening onto a sunny patio to enjoy the sunny summer days and evenings. There is also a beautiful fireplace for chilly winter days. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you will need and while separate, one side of the kitchen has a large opening looking into the dining room/lounge. Down a small cobbled stone street off Kloof Street - one off Cape Town's most exciting streets, and a melting pot of pop-up shops, bars, restaurants, cafés, spas, supermarkets and boutiques. Easy access to both the CBD; V&A Waterfront; Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill; as well as the beautiful Camps Bay and Clifton beaches! The MyCiti bus stops on Kloof Street and will take you to the inner city, Waterfront or Atlantic Seaboard within 5 minutes. There's a lot you can cover on foot, but taxis and Uber also readily service this area. If you have a rental car you are just a few minutes away from the CBD, the Waterfront and the famous Camps Bay & Clifton Beaches.
